Replacing pulleys as I type this......Help!?

Ok just got the SA pulleys........

Water pump and Alternator pulleys need to be replaced I was wondering how to get off the alternator pulley. The water pump is pretty straight forward.............any other tips or help is appreciated.

Actually now that I have started messing with it, how do you change out the pulleys, I don't want to mess anything up......
