Rims fit over drum brakes?

today i ordered my rims. but i have an SE, and sum people said certain rims won't fit over the rear drums.

the offset is +38 and the B/S spacing is 5 7/16.. will these fit properly over the drums?

You should be fine. I think our drums are smaller then our discs. Atleast is looks that way.
