if you remove the 3157 bulb, the one NOT under the amber plastic blinker, will the car give you an errorr or SVS light?
because i bought PIAA 168's and 9007's and i don't want the amber bulbs mixing w/ them.. so i would only have the outer 3157 bulbs for blinkers.... will i be ok like this and would u even really notice if you look? i don't wanna look dumb :p

I think you are a little backwards.. The 3157 in the front is the parking light / turn signal. The 168 under the amber functions like the 3157 just blinks opposite it. The other 168, in between the headlamp and turn signal, is just a parking light. You shouldn't get an SVS. If you yank a bulb belonging to blinkers, it's probably going to make your turn signals blink real fast.

oops, you're right :p my bad.... lol..... i guess i can just try it and this is assuming i don't do vinyl on amber plastic..
if ony the 3157 didn't stay on all the time, or so i've been told.
thanks

for my 2000 gagt , can you change out that 3157N/A double filiment yellow bulb to a clear 3157 double filiment , legally in canada and or usa . we already have a yellow turn signal in the yelow corner reflector . is that enough.
