First thought, the rotten egg smell sounds like the cat burning up all the crap inside it. If you tend to not drive very far a lot, it can build up since your cat won't get as hot as a longer drive. But the times I've smelled something like a skunk smell, it was some rubber melting.

What brand of gas do you usually use?

Try a different brand of gas, that has less sulphur in it
-> try like Sunoco  (up to 10%) ethanol (which makes a good anti-freeze for like this Monday morning when it will be -24C/-11F) blended gas or Shell gas (in the recent past they did have a screw-up in a performance additive that messed-up peoples gas tank sensors & clog fuel filters)

Sunoco Ultra 94 (I know that our car doesn't need high octane gas, but check this out) is a low sulphur gas Less than 50ppm of sulphur in Sunoco Ultra 94 gas (http://www.sunoco.ca/content.asp?id=125) from that page "...Sulphur causes your catalytic converter to work less efficiently, increasing tailpipe emissions..."

Esso, Canadian Tire (buys gas from Esso) & Petro-Can has/had the highest sulphur content in past studies
Sulphur content of gas 2000 study (http://www.cbc.ca/consumers/market/files/cars/lowsulphurgas/table.html)
Sulphur content of gas 2001 study (http://www.foecanada.org/cleanair/fuel_2002-05-08.htm)

Sulphur helps make the rotten eggs smell from your exhaust.

sunoco is the only gas i put in my car i've never put anything else except sunoco regular. Once in a while i put ultra 94 but gas prices are unbelievable so i use regular. I realized that i put STP fuel injector cleaner, slipped my mind so thats probally why it smells but i still dont know why it smells like a skunk through the heat. ANYONE HELP

THANKS

Check throughout your RamAir ducts to the air box, you might have a dead bird stuck in there...
