Okay I read the instructions of installing the belt. But what I don't know is what tension I need to tighten the belt, do I need a toque wrench to to tight the pulleys or what? Can you give me any advice or help on doing this. B/c the dealer said it would be 75 plus the price of the belt, so I would much rather just buy the belt for 25 bucks. Can you guys help me please.
Thanks,
Jon

Haynes Manual shows 37 ft-lbs for the drivebelt tensioner bolt and for the engine mounts it shows...
Engine mount-to-bracket bolts 96 ft-lbs
Engine Mount-to-body nuts 49 ft-lbs
Engine mount bracket-to-engine bolts 44 ft-lbs, then another 60 degrees....
Hope this helps....

In addition to the info Peeps provided, the belt will self adjust, no need to tighten it. Once you get it wound around all the pulley (use the diagram they provide).
One other thing is you will need to loosen the motor mount and support the engine. That is why many complain that it is a bit tough (not everyone is comfortable messing around with engines and mounts) and why the dealer charges that price. Hope this helps.
