Heheheheh......"GOOD DEALLERSHIP".......heheheheheh......that's a good one!!!!!
Is your car Supercharged like your login name suggests? If so, that is probably where your problem lies. A supercharger is a pretty significant performance mod.

I agree with VaGT. If you do indeed have a supercharger installed, you will have a very hard time convincing any dealer that your transmission should be fixed under warranty. It doesn't matter whether you actually abuse your car or whether the SC actually caused the damage.

In general, dealerships can only void or not honor your warranties when you have done a modification that directly affects the broken part. On top of that, they have to prove that your modification caused the failure.
Say, for instance, you change your spark plugs, and the next day your muffler falls off. These two are unrelated and you are still covered. Say, for instance, you are changing your spark plugs, and you cross-thread the block... You aren't getting that fixed for free.

Yes, but doesn't a Supercharger put added strain on a transmission? Engine power and trasmission are pretty closely related.
I would not even think to add a Supercharger unless the warrantee was over or I didn't care about it.

Those trannies are suspect at factory horese power. Has the dealer at least checked to see if it is a failure that is out of your control, like maybe a control solenoid?
