passlock bypass

has anybody heard of a dei passlock bypass system that is required for 01 and up to put a electronic start on our cars

yes it was about $90.00 for mine

This is a dei model 555L. Don't pay more then $60.00 extra for this, it is not worth any more.

I have that module the 555L on my GA, I have had some problems with the remote start though... It would lock me out , and the battery died from me trying to start her up so many times... But since I got my new battery put on like 2 weeks ago it has worked great, no problems. I have a feeling that most of the problems with it come from the installers, they did a **** poor job of putting the bypass/entire alarm in... I paid somewhere around 37.50 shipped to my door for the module... I would recommend it though, I believe the bypass itself is good though
