Stock wiring harness with aftermarket head?

I am new to this audio thing, and was wondering if there is a harness that allows you to use the stock wiring with a new head unit? I thought I saw one somewhere...Maybe from PIE or something. A link or a suggestion would be great!

You can buy a harness that plugs in to your stock wiring, then you crimp that to your new head unit's wiring, or like I said in that thread, Metra makes plug & play harnesses.

I dont have Monsoon, any different? I found a thing on PIE.com...Check it out if you have the chance.
