First of all, your link is a mess, so I didn't get to see the cap in question. That said - the 800a2 is fused at 60 amps. If you have one running the subs, I assume it's bridged, and pulling close to it's max power. If the other one is running all 4 interior speakers, it's at 2 ohms and is also pulling a good amount of juice. If the one on the highs is an 800a4, life is easier, but only a little.
A cap will help a little with lights dimming, but only a little and not for long. You should upgrade your alternator, or at least add a second battery.
As for wiring the cap - install is easy, but you have to be careful, those things can blow the back end of your car to scrap (and take you with it....) if you do it wrong. And yes, one cap can go to as many amps as are sharing a main power wire. Pull the fuse or trip the breaker under the hood, so there is no power to the power wire for the amps. Once you know where the cap is gonna go, cut the power wire so the cap can go inline, and disconnect the power wire from the amps. Connect the power wire to the cap where you cut it, and connect the other side of the cut as well, leading to the amps. Connect the ground wire, run it to the same spot that the amps are grounded. Now the cap is all wired up, but we have a VERY IMPORTANT step before hooking up - the cap comes with a little resistor thingie. It goes between the terminals on the cap right now, according to the instrucions (it's a directional thingie, a diode, so there is a right way and wrong way). Once that is connected, reconnect the power wires to the amplifiers. Once that's done, replace the fuse under the hood, the cap is now charging. Go back to the trunk and remove your little resistor diode thingie. Done!
Hope that helped. You might wanna pay an installer to do it if you're unsure, better safe than sorry. ;)

Do a search, there are a few recomendations from various people. I prefer Mr. Alternator (http://www.mralternator.com)
