ok, here goes
since the screws are installed from the top, attach a cordless screw driver to the pointy end of the screw and tighten it as much as possible and then drive it out. Then push up on the speaker and tilt it so that you can pull it throught the speaker hole
to install the new ones, just put the new speaker up to the hole and drive the screws in from the bottom
I watched a friend do this a while back and am trying to explain it the best I can
