Alright I want to keep a smooth ride but increase handling a little as well. What would be my best choice for new shocks, and should I change my springs? Now remember don't wanna sacrifice to much ride quality. I ride on to many rough roads.

I heard the eibach pro-kit lowering springs improve handling the most, while still maintaining a relatively smooth ride.

For a Cheep set up go with KYB's Eibach's and Strut towers
I say H&R.....KYB's and Sway bars !!!!!

H&R is a little more firm than I think you want to go. Eibach is no Caddy ride but it a nice start. KYB with that and SLP Strut Tower braces (SLP Free shipping right now). In place of the STB you could change the sway bars.
If all you want to do is a little replacement go with Eibach springs+KYB shocks.

If you don't want a firm ride, go with the front and rear way bar. It should dramatically increase your handling but not give you the stiff ride of springs.....
