Price is no object when protecting my car.....

What is the BEST alarm system out there with all the bells and whistles. Ie... window/roof roll up, prox sensor, tilt sensor, wheel sensors, multiple shock sensors??

I want it all!!

Let me know your opinions!

I know Code makes alarms with lots of outputs...

However you really don't judge how great an alarm is by the brand/model.. That definitely has something to do with it, but its all about the installer and techniques / added features that makes an alarm valuable. You can have an expensive alarm with a crappy install that makes it quite useless :/

Mine is awesome

Crimestopper Informer

I have remote start from up to 1500 feet and it works that far unlike others that just say they do

It has 2 way paging and the remote beeps and vibrates to let me know any activity.

I can control my doors, trunk, windows up and down and sunroof open and close

Code hoping and all kinds of customizable options.

I got mine online for 180 but it retails 300 usd not installed.

I thought i had the great alarm, and those BAS#$%^ still stold my wing in front of my house.....it was the code alarm with remote start, so it had the bells and whisles,, So if theives want something they could care less you have an alarm,,,, I also had all of the sensors, vibration, everything was set very sensitive,

Like some others said its really no object to some theives. Basicaly you dont need all those fancy bells and whistles (window up/down, remote start, prox sensors) All you really need is starter/fuel pump kill switches, door triggers, tilt sensor, shock sensor, siren under hood, sirens inside, siren underbody near the trunk, back-up battery.

If you're putting a system in the car and worried about it getting stolen just be smart about it...use odd size screws to secure amps, always remove the face of your head unit, bolt the sub box down, etc. Thieves like to work fast if something is gonna take more than 1-2mins to steal they wont bother and move on to the next target. They also make a club for your brake/clutch pedal since most newer cars wont allow you to start the car without depressing the brake or clutch.

No, not necessarily looking to put a system in it. I just want a very convienent alarm with every piece imaginable. I had a Viper 800ESP with everything on it. The darn thing ran me about 700 bucks in parts. It had everything!!

I just wonder if there might be even something better out there.

John..... any suggestions???

Adam,

I have been looking in Ungo alarm for my car. It has everything on it. It also works like 1/2 mile way and it pages you if some one is messing with you car. Go up to Car Tunes and ask them about it. I use to work for Car Tunes and they do good work. And they stand behind their work also.

Hope this helps.
