Well, everything is official now! I am dropping my car off at RSM Racing in Toronto on April 25th!
They are installing their ported heads, ported upper/lower intakes, and ported 62mm throttle body. I'll be dynoing before and after to show gains from the combo. They also told me to bring my stock PCM because they might need to "tweak" the PCM to provide more fuel! Sweet!!!
Stay Tuned!
On another note, I ordered my 17" Mille Miglia Spiders ... pics next week when I get them.

You cant find anyone closer and cheaper? Seems like a long drive for port work.

Hey, it's what he wants. I think he should go for it. :)
Good luck with the upcoming work Craig.

I didnt say not to, im just saying it doesnt make any sense to me. What made you go with RSM anyway?

Since when was $650 a lot of money for ported heads? Also, I chose RSM because after extensively talking to them, they DO know what they are doing! The heads are sent out to a machine shop who has been doing engines for years. All cylinders are flow matched. And the best part is that once they replace the whole top end, they will tune the stock PCM to supply the proper fuel for the increased flow. So, essentially, a computer reprogram to go with the package deal!
And a better reason yet is that no one else has tried their heads! Someone has to! Besides, aren't you all curious about their heads and HP gains?
BTW, it is only 4 hours away! I figure I'll take a weekend vacation in Toronto while the car is out-of-commission!

Amen! Thats what I'm sayin when I order my 'charger from them!
I don't know if you've ever gone out that way before Craig, but becareful on 401. I drive to Hamilton (1 hour SW of Toronto) and the truck drivers are a little crazy, drivers on the road are crazy period, cops are MEAN and don't take any crap, and NO RADAR DETECTORS!
My favorite are the big blue warning signs on the freeway "Fatigue Kills -- Take A Break" "Tailgating kills -- Back Off" lol!!!

I can't wait to see your results. I know I am very curious to see their actual gains. I would also like to see what there gains are with TOG headers as well. Anyway, can't wait to see how it goes. good luck.

Next step after the heads/intake/TB will be custom headers and Random downpipe. I'll be dyno'ing after that as well since that will complete my Stage II plans.
Also, as an aside ... I asked RSM if they needed any other bolt-ons to help tuning the car. I specifically said what about an AFPR. The guy cut me off mid sentence and said "PLEASE NO!" He didn't go into detail, but he said that was a BAD idea! He said they would address fuel via injector pulse width and that I should never get one of these. I'll get more details when I am up there.

Id love to hear their reasoning since I know very well the opposite to be true (as long as you tune for it that is which is what they say they will be doing).
