Does anyone know if an engine from a totaled grad prix gtp would be worth swaping with my 2.4, or is it even possible. I'm just looking for a fast performance upgrade.

It can be done. A lot of work (money) and what not. But you can easily take your GA to 300+HP. Just get the PCM ECM and all the other fun stuff.

um it'd take a lot of work still to swap in a gtp motor.. mounts have to be fabricated... and some good wiring..

why don't you be the few the proud.. and make an attempt at building up a 2.4? it doesn't take that long if you've got the cash, that instead of going into the labor of installing a gtp motor.. would go into parts for the 2.4L that you could pretty much install yourself and or w/ a friend?
