Easy there, big guy! I think KU will have a say in this game, too. I agree, Wade is awesome, but my boys aren’t too shabby either, plus they have experience that is critical in the F4. The best way to limit an offensive dynamo like Wade is to make him play defense, and he’s going to be guarding either Hinrich or Langford, both of whom will make him work on the defensive end. If they go zone, then they’ll have to account for Collison and Graves on the offensive glass. Not an easy task, just ask Arizona. Also, for zones to be effective, they must be set. That’s where KU’s transition game comes in to play. Marquette hasn’t played anyone like KU in that respect. KU has probably the best transition game in all of D1. Even Coach KY from Duke said that they move the ball in transition better than some pro teams. Remember what happened to Oregon when they tried to run with KU last year? Crean’s a great, aggressive coach, but he should probably try to limit KU’s transition and think twice about trying to outun them.

Marquette is a great team, and they’re not going to sneak up on anyone after the Kentucky game. You can expect KU to be well prepared. It’s going to be a great game, and I’m looking forward to watching it. I think my boys have what it takes to give Roy his first NC. :thumbs:
