Sylvannia Cool Blue

Has anyone tried the Sylvannia Cool Blue headlight bulbs from Canadian Tire? The package states that they are a bright white. Are they much brighter than stock?

Don't waste your money on them if they are the bright lites I tried them in the ga and didn't noitce a difference ask eblend what he bought they were pretty bright

The glass of the bulb may be blue but the lights stink. Pics in a sticky in the all show section..
