Just got my car back today from having a little work done on it, and I love it! Glad I didn't go thru my dealership either. A while back my dealership told me that I needed some strut work on my front pass. side due to some mount problems (thanks to those here that gave me some opinions). They quoted me an outrageous price for parts for both sides and labor, as all dealers usually do - about 1200 bucks! So I took it to a friend to see what he thought, he agreed about the problems, but offered to to have me get whatever I wanted and he'd put it on at dirt prices. So I ordered ALL new KYBs AND Brembo rotors w/ ceramic pads and it handles sooooooooooo much better, feels like a different car. The response is great. So much smoother of a ride and no more squeaking when I turn the wheel. Can't wait until I put my new tires on my summer wheels for an even better ride!

What do we need dealerships for? Oh yeah, for motivation to seek a second opinion.
