I just sprayed my door with White Silicon spray. But you have to spray into the area with the door itself, not just the exposed hinge between the door and frame.

One squeak I cannot get rid of is the one coming from the doorhandle. I keep spraying up inside the handle mechanism, but can't get rid of the squeak. Sounds like it's coming from the spring.
