what is best for swirl marks

Does anyone have any good products for getting out swirl marks or any remedys. I especially need to know for black paint.

Noooooo!!!! Do not use rubbing compound on newer finishes unless you are very experienced. Look for dedicated swirl removers such as Meguiars or 3M. Make sure you look for a products that can be used by hand unless you have a buffer!
