After this whole time of thinking I have gas problems, I think my guage might be off (I did put in WFG's awhile back). I just figured that if we have 14.2 gallons in a tank times the 1.69 I pay per gallon, its $24, and with all the high gas prices, I let my car bone dry, and its never been above $20 ever, it adds up that Im only putting in about 11 gallons ( for some reason, Ive never looked to see how many gallons I put it and compare it at the gas pump to 14.2)...
Is it possible for the "low gas light" to come on wrongly, if the needle is reading wrong?
And if yes, how do I fix the problem?

I believe the low fuel light is set by the PCM. The fuel sender in the tank should be telling the PCM how much fuel is left. The gauge is just a display, it doesn't cause the low fuel light to come on. It's possible that your gas needle is off, but I don't believe it's causing your low fuel light to come on. The low fuel indicator comes on well before you are out of fuel.

Low fuel comes on at 13% remaining fuel if I remember right... Also the gauge will show less gas than you actually have.

13% is correct.
Yes, I have ran the needle well past any markings on the gauge. Not intentionally, nor do I recommend trying, as your mileage may vary.
