k help me out a litte. Why on the site for the 3400 it says $115 and in the descr. it says total price 230?? And with the core you send 230 for the tb and then 200 for core so 430 in all but when you send the core you get the check back? Is that right.

yes the check is only cashed if core is never returned. Kinda like securing money on your CC but not charging you.
the $115 is the deposit on the Tb. since the wait has been so long I'm doing half down.

I actually asked franz in an email today about the Tb's both 3400 and 2.4L. I'll let you know apon reply whats going on.

I'll port the 2.4L intake for the Tb for $50 so about 280 for manifold and Tb

Ok the tb will be going for $240 plus shipping
I'll actually be making less on the 2.4L unit than I do on the 3.4L but want to keep the price reasonable.
I'm going to start taking half down (120) to get an order for them with kimmo. He needs me to drop cash to get them made and out here. So for those that want one you will need to place an order for the half down. These will be made to order for now and won't have any instock for a while. I'll only be getting enough to fill the 50% down orders.

Port matching of the 2.4L manifold will cost $50. if you can get me a 2.4L intake manifold to use as a core I'll port your 2.4L intake for free. I need a few cores like 2 or 3 so here is a chance for some of you to get free port work. I need core Tb's for the shafts.
for the first 2 or 3 people to ge tme tB's I'll get you $40 off the cost of the new Tb.

I'm getting kimmo's approval to start taking the 50% down then I'll add the Tb and intake to my site.

Not sure. If it's like the quad then everything attaches to it but it's somthing you can do with basic hand tools and a little patience.

Is the 2.4L the 4 cylinder engine? If so, that's what my g/f has. What kind of gains could I expect if I bolted this onto her otherwise stock 4 cyl. grand am? I learned the expensive way Mustangs really don't gain anything from a larger throttle body unless they are running forced induction.

That I'm not sure of that yet.
I'd like to get a stock car to test it on.
on the V6 I gaind 6hp and 8 ft lb's with a CAI over the stock Tb and heavily modded air box.

t/b is only a couple plugs here and there and the throttle linkage and 4 bolts last time i took a gander at it. :)

Currently the car is bone stock. I have owned it since May and have wanted to use it as a project car, but buying a new house, medical bills from my kids in PA and many other wonderful money drainers have come up since then. All I have to say is that Christmas is on the way and I think I deserve to treat myself to something. If you want to hook up sometime just PM me and I will see what I can hook up. i know someone from the J-body website that got 1 and is having idle problems too , and alot of us on the J-body site got screwed by 1 of the moderators over there on a g/p for the 62mm tb for the 2.4

me inculded , ive had a extra tb and intake sitting around waiting for the ok to send them so i could get my tb !!!

and our G/P has been going on about as long as this post has been
