Lansing meet for the 25th

Anyone interested in a cruise night for the 25th in lansing?

nothin fancy, just meet up here around 8ish and go hit up the local streets. maybe grab some food and fill up a parkinglot :)

25th = this coming friday. I was thinking meet at the parking lot in front of sams club on edgewood blvd. (nice and close off the highway). maybe even head out to east lansing later that night and take over a different lot.

DOH! I'm working saturdays again, so it probably isn't a good idea for me to be out cruising around lansing all night and then have to drive home. If it was saturday night no problem.:(

Be careful in Meridian Township.

I got pulled over today at about 5:45 going down Grand River with my girlfreind Sarah. We were doing 35 the speed limit and I see there is a cop right at the Hollywood Video store. so I am like ok Sarah he is coming after me and she is like why. I go "TINT" I have 5% on the back and 15% on the doors. (FYI: I do have a doctors note because of my eyes)

So I keep driving he just guns it to get behind me and has to speed to get to me so he gets behind me right at the light and than when the light turns green he pulls me over.

So he gets to my window. and tells me who he is and everything. Cool thing. The next thing out of his mouth I almost laughed in his face. " The reason I pulled you over for was..... I see that you have your car tricked out and all but there are some things done to your car that are illegal. The license plate cover, headlight covers and your tint, and the window banner on your car.

So I get my stuff and i give him my letter from my eye doctor and he tells me that this is not complainant with the law. It has to be writing in a certain way, and my letter is close but not what it has to be, but he is willing to be nice and give me a warning.

My letter actually says right on it. Mr Timothy Ball has been tested and treated for ....... which is complaint with the section 582-706 in Michigan state law book which allows him to have automobile tint ...blah blah.

He just gave me a hard time. Also I didnt know that headlight covers are illegal during the day too. I jsut thought you cant have them at night. But I guess they are illegal during the day now.

Well there is alot more what he told me but pretty much be careful in Meridian Township.

headlight covers aren't illegal, and neither are license plate covers as long as they can still read it. Window banners on the front are ok if they don't go lower than 4 inches, and on the back you can put whatever you want. The tint would be the only problem but if you have the correct doctors release then it's fine. My best freinds a cop so I checked on all this.:) He was just harrassing you.

I jsut talked to Brendon. Brendon and I are still going to be chillen out there. I have a surpise for anyone that shows up. Also we wont be out there til like 10- 10:30 and like Pat said you build it they will come. Look what happened last time, three of us chillen then al of a sudden there was 6 of us and many more driving in and out and hanging out and this was on I blieve a Tuesday night. So Friday is going to be huge.

sorry bout that, ive been in the process of moving and starting a new job.
i guess its still on! I was thinking we could meet in sams club parking lot around 8-ish. Off of edgewood blvd. I'll be all the way in the front of the lot near the road and the gas station thats in there.
even if only 3 or 4 people show up im sure we can still find somethin to do :)

Well, I just won tickets to Sean Morey @ Connxtions tonight @ 10pm. I had thought we were meeting earlier. I had planned to go to the show tomorrow night, but free tickets and free CD.....

I might swing out that way on my way home though.
