General TSB Question...

This may be a stupid question, but do TSB's only apply while the car is under warrenty? I am just curious, as I noticed my darn window is scratched again!

To answer your question yes and no.

If your car is under warranty then yes.

But if it is out the techs still use them as a reference or UNLESS it is related to emmissions(CATS and etc...) stuff I think GM covers it not sure.
