Chevy Xtreme - opinions?

I'm considering buying a Chevy Xtreme. Can anyone tell me if they have problems, are they slow, handle like shiit. OR anything you care to share about them!! Opinions - PLEASE!

I'd be interested in getting the extended cab, with the Vortec 4300 V6 engine.
It's rated at about 190 HP and i think close to 240 Tq.

The Extreme is alright, I'm not an S10 kinda guy, but I guess its cool...

They are a little bit slower than a GA though...

Buy a dakota with the v8, trust me you'll be happier

im not into the s-10 ones, but the blazer x-tremes are pretty sweet.

They are nice... and I think that size engine is rare... well not rare... but maybe hard to come by... thats some nice pick up and go... are u really a truck guy? that balls in ur court... I dont think they have problems with them... My friend has an old S-10 and he has 26X,XXX miles on it, and it still runs strong...

The dakota 4.7 v8 is 235 hp and 295 ft-lb torque, for the same money as an extreme you could have a fully loaded dakota sport 4x4

My friend is leasing a new extreme blazer that is bagged, shaved, and has 20's. we traded vehicles for a few days and i loved it. drives nice lots of room and not that slow at all. i think when im done with my car im gonna get some kinda smaller suv and then i can have a regular nice driver and keep the ga looking good.
