load equalizer not working :(

ok i bought hyper amber leds for the turn signals at the back.......they flash like crazy.....im trying to install the load equalizer like it says....but they still flash the same....like crazy......so those of u who have load equalizers..what wires did u hook it up to? if u look at the end of the wires leading up to the connector, its lettered from A-D......i hooked up the load equalizer to C and D and it dont work.....so if urs work fine.....please let me know what letters u got the equalizer hooked up to...thanx
