an old guy couldnt get his car started...so he thought he would roll it next to mine.....he can barley walk.....

aww poor defenseless GA!! sorry about your car :( have you talked to insurance about it? that's why i think anyone 70+ should take a test at DMV once a year to make sure they're still ok to drive.

that wont necessarily help all incedents of elderly driving. My friend's grandfather can barely see and/or think and he can still pass a drivers exam.
