Lately I've noticed that my seat belt light comes on every now and then when I'm driving(yes I'm wearing the seatbelt). Has anyone had this problem or know whats wrong?

1) When you buckle the belt does it make a "click" noise?
2) When you start the car (unbuckled) does the light flash?
3) Does it stop when you buckle?
4) Buckle up then start the car. Does it still flash?
5) When you're driving and it flashes does it stop it you wiggle it around or unbuckle then buckle?

Yes, I had the exact same problem I brought it to the dealer twice to be fixed, but they never managed to fix it, I just finally ended up going under the seat, and unclipping the two wire connector (I think both wires were black), but anyways, it is the one on the right side when you are in the back seat with the seat forward, who needs the dummy seat belt light anyways??? Either you are going to wear it, or not.

it works when it is supposed to (car started belt unbuckled) just comes on when it's not supposed to such as when driving. sometimes it stops when I unbuckle then rebuckle, sometimes it comes back.

Take it to the dealer and have them look at it. It could be the buckle or something else that shares the same fuse with the seatbelt light that is malfunctioning.

I had this exact same problem with mine about a year after I bought it. The dealer fixed it under warranty and I haven't had a problem with it since. (2 years ago now) They said it was something to do with the wiring to the sensor in the belt itself.... they were done with it in less than 2 hours.
