GA is dead

Well, friday night, I was hit by a drunk driver on the expressway..(I290- the eisenhower)...and my car was totally destroyed.. He hit me around 100 mph right in the rear...I was going about 55 and I spun around crossing 3 lanes of traffic...Luckily it was at 1230 in the morning and no cars hit me...I hit the curb and went into the embankment and up a little hill... The airbags didnt go off though....I had two people in the back seat too....People got out to help us out..The drivers doors wouldnt even open...I had to crawl out thru the window...A whole wave of fire engines and police cars came and the guy who hit me stopped and then left...I dont know how his car left though... I lost about two feet in my trunk but we all walked away with just whiplash....So Im really depressed and I have no car....Hopefully with the money I get and some more, Ill buy a 2002 GT. So Im sad...

Wow, I agree with Seth....you are very lucky you didn't have any serious injuries and also walked away. It could've been much worse.

THAT SUCKS!! i'm sorry to hear about it but atleast all you lost was a car and not a friend. cars can be replaces people cannot.

Oh yeah I know, Ive thought about it a lot, I went to the body shop it was being looked at by State Farm and the guy said he didn't think anyone lived when the car came in...Ill try to post some pictures tonight...Its unbelievable...I was just so attached to it...
