Gallagher buick pontiac gmc, New Britian, CT
Very courtesy, finish work in timely manner, and are accomidating if you need a ride or a loaner. (posted by: lucky13rme)

#1 Cochran, Monroeville PA, Fast and reliable. Doesn't give you crap about Warrentty stuff. (posted by: Tonyyank)

Roslyn Buick/GMC/ Pontiac in Roslyn, NY. The service department is very good with very competent technicians. The sales and parts department are also top notch. (posted by: KmanGT1)

Jim Salerno Automotive, Randolph NJ- Very nice sales staff and the service department is probably the fastest and the cleanest in NJ. If they keep your car they will give you a ride to and from the dealership in a limo. now thats service. (posted by: maddman)

County Pontiac, Pawtucket, RI: Great customer service, they even fixed my drivers side power window regulator for free after my car was out of warranty, due to the fact that I had several random problems with my drivers side glass. (posted by: GrandAmGT99)

Moon Twp Oldsmobile, PA? - Great salespeople. Excellent service department. Service Consultant (Tom Hodder) is very helpful. Open to mods. (posted by: double0alero)

Cherney Pontiac in Ansonia CT. Always treated me fairly and did whatever I needed for warranty work, no questions asked. Even though I didn't buy my car from them. I will the next one. (posted by: zx7ninja)

Lankford Buick/Pontiac/GMC in Norristown, PA- great service department, speedy repairs your car doesnt sit in the shop all week. (posted by: Gregfarz78)

Whelan Pontiac on Rt 9...those guys r great! My family has bought/leased 5 cars from them already, n we've never had a problem! Whenever I might have the slightest problem I just drive over there n pull my car into their garage. They give great deals, and the service guys r totally helpful n understanding. Norman Gale POntiac/Buick/GMC in Cedar Knolls (Hanover Twp., NJ). Nothin but good to say. They even covered something under warranty that should not have been, just because the service writer, "didn't want to make me pay that much for the repair." First rate sales people AND service. For sales see Rich Romlein, fore service Mike McQuoid (posted by: RAMAIR1)

Cunningham Ponitac/Buick/GMC-Bayside,NY very good dealership no pressure sales and repair shop was easy to get an appointment. The were very willing to work with my price range and helped me get my Grand AM GT1 for a very reasonable price. (posted by: ScottGT1)

Emerson (Pontiac, Buick, Toyota) Auburn, ME - Very good. Parents have been going to them for years now and my whole family has been treated very well. (posted by: Hexx)

The Bad

Burns Pontiac, Cherry Hill, NJ: Extremely annoying sales department, service department has a horrible reputation in the community (posted by: iceman). Also they did an oil change for one of the ClubGP guys and forgot to put back the oil..

#1 Cochran (can only speak for the Monroeville site) isn't really good. I got ripped off by a sales man, and their repares have been known for some "shady practices" ...be careful if you take it there. (posted by: starfire)

Classic Pontiac, Hicksville, NY (posted by: mikes00gagt)

Pontiac Center, West Hartford, CT horrible service, they don't treat you car well, and hardly ever finish work on time. Also the tech are incompatent and do stuff you nevere asked to have done (posted by: Lucky13rme)

North Star Pontiac, Cranberry PA. Very rude; Slow service; Can't read; Bad coffee (posted by: Tonyyank)

Sholz Pontiac White Plains, NY. Dealer Salesman are not very proficient with knowledge on the cars. They do not seem into their jobs....12 times to the dealer for the same problem. Service is slow, work is shoddy, and the service manager is not the most logical fellow. Service Dept is undermanned and it is difficult to track down your 'consultant.' Although they are open to mods and appreciate them, they could not understand that you have to clamp down clamps on an intake - car stalled on I-95 as a result. (posted by: Jaketuff)

Velenti Pontiac Watertown CT-
Charged for extended warranty I did not want, and still hasn't refunded the money 19 months later. Among other things. (posted by:zx7ninja)

Nucar Pontiac in Newark ,DE........ slow service.. inexperienced techs... a**hole service writers and the sales people LIE LIE LIE (posted by: fishhunter911)

Granite Run Pontiac, Media, PA: Watch out for shady salesman. (posted by: stanjk3)

Suburban Pontiac, Stamford, CT: Service department is not friendly to modifications and denies service. (posted by: TurboSE)

Freehold poniac buick gmc i got four phone calls in one day after looking at my 2k1 i was so mad by that i went to the manager and told him if he called again we'd have problems (posted by: davinchi001)

jim curley is almost as bad as freehold because thier service is less then wonderful and they scrached my 95 and then blamed me dont' have experience with their sales but i can imagine it to be rather unpleasant (posted by: davinchi001)

I had a negative experience with Salerno Pontiac in Randolph....so they can eat it.(posted by: RAIMAIR1)

Norris Pontiac, Nanuet NY. they give you the run around, and always say there isn't a problem when their is. also they tried to blame me for a damaged fender. it was fine when i dropped it off, and noticed it was cracked when i went to get it. also noticed it was parked right at a high curb. glad i have no ties to them anymore. their only good point is that they offer free loaner GA GT's, Olds Intrigues, Caddie's and GMC's so you don't have to worry about a car when you drop off for service. thats a nice plus to have. (posted by: kristian20)

Difeo Pontiac (Jersey City) I called up and scheduled an appointment to change my supercharger oil. They told me on the phone that they could do it. I drove out there from New York and when I got there, the service guy told me he doesn't want to touch it b/c it's aftermarket. He then kicked me out of the dealership because I tried to explain the difference between mine and a GTP supercharger. (posted by: raze)

Lester Glenn Buick-Pontiac-GMC; Toms River, NJ ...wonderful sales team...service isn't that bad either... (posted by: badassgrandam99)
Ide like to swap that dealership to the bad side. They are pretty bad. I got my car there. THe pricing and all wasnt bad. But their prices and stuff are rediculous. That place is useless if you dont have a warranty on your car. I could get some 2-bit POS mechanic at a gas station to fix my car for cheaper than they want to just LOOK at my car... The guy who sold me my car was injured or something, he cudnt walk, but we got to ride around in a golf cart while lookin at cars...

BAD
Freehold Pontiac, New Jersey - I traded my GA in for a GTO. They manipulate numbers and try to con you into paying more than you think you are paying. They tried to illegally enforce a contract that I did not agree to. They withheld personal property of mine in an effort to get me to pay them more money. We almost went to court but luckily I had them sign agreements beforehand. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!

GOOD:
Regan Pontiac, Queens, NY: I have dealt with the service department 3 times. They are fast, friendly and honest.

^ Sorry to hear all that, Randy. I've got nothing but positive stuff to say about Freehold. We've been dealing with them for over 10 yrs. They helped my mom with an awesome deal on her current GP. I brought my car in last week to the service dept, without an appt, altho I shoulda made 1, they took my car for the day, drove me home, fixed stuff, n while most of it should def NOT have been covered by my extended warranty, they hooked me up anyways. Thank goodness - otherwise, it woulda cost me over $700 with parts/labor. Ha, I feel like gtluva. =/
