it wasn't that hard to get the amp to fit nice and snug.
i just put 4 boards around it first then drew a guide for the bottom. i forgot to factor in 1 thing when making it. the extra size of the RCA cables  notice how they curl up on the sides and make like a heart shape? it turned out cool that they look like that though. thx for the comments :D

You should gouge out the wood behind those RCA's. Having them crunched like that WILL cause problems in the very near future. If you're lucky, it'll just make the RCA go bad. If you're unlucky, the torque will damage the RCA inputs on your amp over time.
I have seen it happen many, many times - please fix it so you're not posting a "weird buzzing from my woofers and sometimes they shut on and off" thread in a month!! ;)
Good job, looks clean!

ok. uhhh, how will they cause damage? it's just like the wires that are wound up like that. i dont see how they can damage the inputs on the amp

When the wires are forced back like that, it eventually causes the solder on the RCA ends to go bad. Worst case (and unfortunately not uncommonly) the pressure will cause the connection between the RCA input and the circuit board to come loose. Ever seen an amp that had no sound, than you wiggle the RCA a bit and it works? That's what you have to look forward to unless you relieve some stress on those cables!
Just tryin' to look out for ya'....

yeah AmIgrand is right. I got a friend that his cables are like this and ive replaced his cables 3 times now and i try to tell him he needs to fix it but still no attempt. one time the male center pin of the RCA cables broke off in the female side and got lodged that was fun getting that out. But you need to fix it where the end is not butted up against a board like that. Your stressing the RCA jacks and the cables themselves.
