(Apparently these bulbs are similar to the APC ones according to what ECAP said but don't hold me to that.. I don't have any to look at physically)

These bulbs are the ones sold at superbrightleds.com and mouser.com, etc.....

These instructions are very similar to BrianS' instructions for modifying jamstraits in that the whole point is to move the parking lamp lead on one bulb in each housing.. please go read that How-To here (http://www.grandamgt.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=13060) FIRST as it discusses bulb placement.

For an explanation as to why we have to mod 1 bulb in each housing.. read here (http://www.grandamgt.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=14985)

1st step.. extend two of the pins as shown - The pin extended on the left on the camera side of the bulb, the pin extended on the right is on the table side in this picture.

Step 2.. the last one .. real easy.

The extended pin on the left should be bent around to the pin behind it (the other ground pin).. There will now be 2 pins in the same location, no big deal, they go to the same place.

The extended pin to the right must be bent around to occupy the position that the pin above was just bended from.. so bend it around like so. There should be enough wire to just reach it.

Install tail lamps, and test. Voila

I am a little confused about where the pins bend to. Does the pin on the left just get bent over to the other side and then the pin on the right is bent across?

[COLOR=Navy]I just bought LEDs from SuperBrightLeds.com and they don't have any polarity. They are the ones that have the six LEDs facing outward. I took a 9v battery and touch to all of the wires in every combination and it lit every time. They get brighter when you apply the brakes the on thing I need to get now are the resistors.
