View Full Version : Zaino Leather Treatment Products
I only saw one thread/post dealing with these products.
Anyone use them? Worth the $18 for the cleaner and treatment? I have McGuiars, but that stuff stinks like crazy. Horrible horrible smell.

I started the thread about the Leather treatment. Definately worth it!!!!!!!!!! Don't hesitate, buy it now...
Is it a strong smell? Or light? Does it linger?

It lingers, it's a mild smell, doesn't burn the nostrils or anything like that. It's plesant, or it is to me. Come to the picnic, I'll let you smell my car :D
Edit, I ran out of Zaino leather about 6 months ago, and I bought the Maguires leather crap about two months ago... Lets say Zaino smells 10000000000 times better....
Do you have the cleaner or just the treatment?
Not really sure if both are needed... to clean it, I assume a wash cloth and water is fine.

I have both, but the conditioner is all you really need, if you have another leather cleaner. Soap and water would work fine I guess, but I figure it doesn't hurt to have the cleaner too :)
So the cleaner isn't "blow me away great"?
:D
Went ahead and ordered just the conditioner. Of course I had them throw in 2 - Z6's a Z2 and a couple of applicator pads. One Z6 bottle and the Z2 is for a friend. I go through so much Z6 - just an outstanding product. I have Mothers detail spray left over from the clay bar that I have been using since I am out of Z6, and there is no comparison.
I was gonna order right from Zaino this time, but the Holiday weekend jumped up on me. Now I just have to hope for some good weather. My car looks terrible... it's rained here for the past 5 days and what seemed like every other day for a week before that.
I also notice that Zaino upped his shipping to $8.
http://www.cau-llc.com only wants $5 to UPS Ground it, and they take CC phone orders...

I use the Lexol leather treatment (PFYC used to carry these) and I,m very satisfied with it. It doesn't smell bad at all and last forever.
Just another alternative... :D
I got some in on Friday, and used it today.
Great Stuff. Light, very easy to apply (other brands would stick in all the holes etc.). Nice smell.
Glad I ordered it. I just got the Conditioner and used a wet wash cloth to clean the seats.
While I was at it, I vaccumed and shampooed my carpet with my Hoover steam vac with motorized attachment. That thing was worth every penny too. My interior looks like new again. The sucked up water was nasty. haha
Of course, with all the rain we have had lately, the outside looks horrible.
