Installed CAI... Loose Wire?

I put in a CAI today and found that there's a loose wire in the engine compartment. I'm pretty sure it's a ground and so are two other board members. Does it matter what it connects to or where it goes? It starts in a cluster of wires by the battery/headlight and ends near the fuse box.

Here's another shot of the wire in red. The yellow arrows are where the air box used to sit and possibly what the wire was connected to. I don't know how else it could have come undone.

I can't really make that out, I gotta go look at my car which I can do in a little bit..

But as far as wires going from the negative terminal - one goes straight to the engine block kinda near the transmission fill cap, one goes straight to the chassis, and I think that's it, but one might go to the starter too. Check to see if they are all there, I'll get back to ya when I get back in about an hour or so.

ok well the little bolt you are pointing at is a mount spot for the airbox if I remember.. like I said just check and see what's missing.
