I rode in my friend's last nite and I was really surprised. The ride was extremly smooth and the Vortech 4200 Engine accelarated that thing pretty quick. I was anti-SUV before riding it, but now I changed my mind.

The lighter model (RWD) is faster than the GA 0-60 I believe. 275 hp does quite a bit. I'm looking forward to Chevy making the SS version with AWD and the 6.0L platform from the Escalade. I would have rather seen the twin turbo 400 hp 400 ft-lb L6 AWD monster SS concept the GM guys threw together once but that is a longshot.

My friend has a TB and let me drive it. It was quite a nice ride - not quite as nice as my Avalanche, but then again it isn't as big with that kind of wheelbase either.
I've been considering getting a TB, but the prices are pretty high, even for a 2WD model. With any amount of options it's around $30K MSRP. Of course, it blows away the competition with that kind of HP.
