Removing interior everything.

I want to use sound damper underneath my seats, so basically rip everything out and lay the mat underneath the carpet to reduce road noise coming thru from underneath...
How do i take everything off, and the carpet on the floor!!!
how the F will all that come out?
I dont wanna remove the center console, so can i just take out the seats and fold the carpet up?

the seats are pretty easy to get out...the front ones have 2 bolts in the back, and the front just has little tracks that go down into the floor. the back seat bottom just pulls right off...yup, just grab and pull. i doubt you'll need to take the back seat-backs off to do that. as for the center console, you'll probably want to take that out.
