I'm seriously thinking about debating my side markings (Grand AM GT) and the one on the truck. The reason being, I have a black car, with black stock emblems. I've used the vinyl overlays, but they are contantly flling off, or coming off of the emblem when I wash the car... I was just wondering what the process of doing this is... I do have a heat gun if that is what I need. I just wanted to know how difficult it was. I was thinking about ordering COLORED badges, this way I won't have the problem w/ the vinyl falling off.. Please let me know!

I saw that somone had actually TAKEN off their paint doing this. I'm kinda worried... I do have a heat gun, what would be the best way to do this? If I heat up the badges, will they peel off? If anyone could let me know, it would be great!

the only time they would take paint off is if the car was in accident and some idiot glued the badges on and didn't use double sided tape.
As for the rest, the info's there.. lmk if you can't find it

Also when you apply your vinyl, make sure you follow the instructions very carefully given by Ryan. I wash my car every 2 days and all my vinyl hasn't come off.

You'll only need the heat gun if you do it when it's cold. Otherwise let the car sit in the sun for a few hours and they'll practically fall of when you pull on them.
