thinking about purchasing these on PFYC just wondering how much of an improvment in braking can I expect or is it minimal? For anyone who has these what do you think of them?

I have the powerslots and think they are great, much better than the stock ones, braking is better not a huge huge difference, but thats not to be expected with just a rotor chage. I'd said get them, there worth it.

I went through three sets of pads and rotors in 10k miles. I bought my Powerslots and the PF Carbon Metallic on PFYC and I have been in love ever since. Only problems I've had: Got rear-ended because the brakes are incredible. I've had a couple of close calls from people almost hitting me, but my braking ability is 150% better than stock. I have noticed since buying new tires that when I brake I get a LOT of extra noise, but I think that's a combo of my pads finally wearing down (20k miles on them, driving hard) and the new tires themselves.

The extra noise is mainly caused by the slots they generate much of the noise.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT mix PFpads and PowerSlots! Mine are SHOT after less than 10K miles (wall-to-wall traffic). I am trying EBC GreenStuff next ... Will keep y'all posted.

Have the EBC GreenStuff finally come out? When I bought these, I'd been waiting on the GreenStuff pads for 3 months from TireRack only to find out they hadn't been released for sale yet. That was a while ago. I wanted them because of wear but they haven't been too bad.
