CAI 3 1/2 to 3" coupler?

I want to convert my WAI to a CAI and will probably use the Civic pipe, but all the civic intakes i see are 3" and my cone filter i hope to re use is a 3 1/2. I saw a while back someone found reducer couplers somewhere that worked well to join the 2, just wondering if anyone can tell me where to find something like that? Im thinking of trying DIY or Lowes or something, may have something like that for household plumbing or other uses lol

do you have the 3130 cone? If so, you can just tighten it down to fit the tubing. Thats what I did before, when I still had the civic pipe.
