Me, Jeff (GTManiac) and Jason (Warthog) installed my SC/T body kit on a sunny Friday afternoon. The install went quite awkwardly actually. I said we should start with the rear first cause I knew we'd have the most trouble with that. The piece was molded really weird, and didn't fit perfect. I'm going to have to get some glue in the back line above the exhaust outlets cause there is nothing else that will hold that section to the bumper. If you locked the sides onto the bumper, the back would bow out. If you pressed the back in, the sides would bow out, thats what kind of plastic it was! The passenger side rocker we had to modify cause the way they molded it, they put too much plastic and it was hitting the chassis in the wheel wells and the bottom corner where the door would close. But the driver side fit just fine and everything else was a piece of cake. I also went ahead and installed Grafxwerks Metallic Silver Molding Trim overlay vinyl. If you guys notice...I have one alero mirror, and one GT mirror. The body shop fubared the paint on my passenger side window, so I told them to repaint it before the Noonan Pontiac car show. But they never got to it, so I went to the show with one alero and one GT mirror.
Okay! Enough talk, time with some pictures. I'll get some better ones soon once I get both mirrors on and possibly an exhaust. (The rockers probably look a little lower than the door molding, they are. It was our first time, i'm pulling them off today and putting them on with better tape and more precision this time)
