I drove to the jerks work and reported his rude a$$ to his boss. Who was very addment about that he was going to look into, as he put it, he doesnt want any one person besmurching his business as he has worked too hard to build into a respectable one. The more peopele that complain the more likely this guy will get his but chewed on for being a jerk and maybe next time he will think a little more about treating people.... well like human beings. I ask that anyone that was there please contact this guys work. I am not saying he is all the cause, but it is guards like him that help add to the problem. Hobbiest hanging out just trying to have a good time get upset over being hassle like this and it can lead to big blow ups. Its cr*p starting like this that has made it such a hassle for us to find places to just hang out and talk, not causing trouble. In no way shape or form did any of us that night deserve the treatment we received.

Technically we were all loitering on private property....it's kind of illegal....

And there was no reason for him to be such an a$$hole like he was right from the get go

The guy got so pumped up over being an a$$hole that he actually hit himself in the face with his seatbelt in such a rush to get out of the car, stand practically on top of me (who said nothing to him) and get in Pats face after Pat tried telling the piece of cr*p three times that we are on our way out. Anyone that was there will tell you his b*llsh*t was uncalled for and not needed.

Well since you said that all RSX owners are azzholes....maybe he owns one then....that would explain it, no?

Umm, dont put words into my mouth, cause I never said any such thing. BOTTOM LINE, WE WERE TREATED LIKE CR*P VERY UNFAIRLY, AND NOT ANYWHERE NEAR CALLED FOR. PEROID Now if you dont mind me asking, why are you busting my chops over this? You luckly had left before the jerk showed up.

FastSteve, I got your PM. I understand what you are saying but I personally don't see any reason to report him. We were technically doing illegal acts by staying at the parking lot when the store was closed and he told us to leave just like what his job is about. I realize he was being a ****ing prick about it but that's not good enough to get him in trouble. I keep talking about this subject just cause it was funny how one of us was able to talk **** to him. :)

Joe could back me up on this....because he made a crack about signing "azzhole" on the dotted line when buying the car...I guess you don't remember calling those Acura owners names...but I certainly do.

I'm not busting chops, but jesus...you were breaking the law and the guy called you on it. THATS HIS JOB. It's that simple. You're the only one going on and on about this guy for crying out loud...like it or not you were doing something you aren't supposed to. Security and police scours that entire area for this...you act surprised by it all. He didn't treat you unfairly...he told you to leave. How exactly is that unfair? If you don't like to be treated certain ways, how about you not put yourself in the position where it could happen (i.e. loitering in a parking lot after dark standing outside your car)

In the words of Don Henly..."All this whining, and cryin, and pitching a fit....GET OVER IT"

And by not reporting him, he will continue to be an a$$hole to people when it is uncalled. I dont think any of us were aware of the curfew for the lot, not to mention the lady had litterly just informed us not even 30 seconds before he came flying up on us. His actions were very unprofessional to say the least. People like him help to add to the tension between people just trying to hang out and people just trying to do their job. It people like him that go overboard that cause problems

You know what the bottom line is you were'nt there so you can not say if he treated us fairly or not, now can you? And yes you have been busting my chops for some time now. I get called for every little stupid thing I say or do. So who cares I made some little smart a$$ comment about Acura owners! So what. It meant so damn much to me that I dont even recall it and you got bust on me for that. The groups we hang out in generally arent hanging with people that own these cars. If someone treated myself or my friends unfairly, I have a right to be upset and voice my opinion. So you dont like that, quite whining about my whining and get over it as you say. This busting on me has been going on for weeks if not months now. I have tried to be nice and just let it roll off my back but I am getting tired of trying to be made to look stupid for every little thing I say. Am I upset? Yes I am. Am I mad? No I am not. I would like to be able to post threads or replies though without having to feel that my every word is going to be gone over with a fine tooth comb and every little problem there may be with I say pointed out to the world. I am human. I make mistakes and am not always right, but every little thing I say doesnt have to be pointed out consistly. Take what I am saying here for what its worth to you.

... and reading this post has made me tired. How about this, The guard was right, aybe a little rude, but working in a job where I have to enforce rules, you sometimes have to come off as an authority riht away, or things ccan get ugly. If I know that part of the Chicago land area, he might have thought bad things were going to happen. And, just to let you know, the boss guy you spoke with, he probobly blew smoke up your @$$. May I suggest anger management classes?

PEACE!

Steve, I understand why youre so ****ed. I too would like to go slam his head against a wall. And if we see him again, you can hold him for me while I do it. But honestly I'd rather just drop it. Sure he was being a *insert any slang term for male genitalia here*, but dont let it get you so bent out of shape. Stay cool.... See Ya Soon

The reasons it upset was a few. First off the guy acted like a total jerk from the get go. He didnt drive and say hey guys I need you to clear out, there's a curfew on this lot cause we have had problems here. No He comes flying up on us and starts ranting from the get go. This not even 30 seconds after the other guard pulled away (that was not rude to us). I know he had to see the other guard there because I seen where he came from and he had perfect view of where we were at. Then after Pat tried telling the a$$ politely that we are about to clear out, Pat had it and got a little smart with him. At this point he smacks himself in the face with his seatbelt getting out of the car, stands practically on top of me to get in Pats face and continue to act like a total jerk. Then on top of it there were posts from people not even there when this happened trying to put me down for being upset for what was in my opinion, along with likely everyone else there, very unfair and uncalled treatment of the group. I just needed to vent a little about it. When you try to do that and someone doesnt want to let you just vent and get it out, you get more frustrated and go on about it longer.

Anyway I am not letting it get to me. I did what I could about it. I reported the guy to his work. Maybe they will do something, maybe they wont. I am really just being amused that the dumbs$$ hit himself in the face. Time to move on to better things. Next time we just need to find a different place to hangout at where the people are nicer.

AMEN!!!

How about the Milwaukee area. I might be able to secure a large area where a bunch of cool cars can get together. Check my post in Midwest groups about a Milwaukee meet.
Peace

The Chicago area club is trying to have meets in various places. If we come up with about 3-5 areas that we normally use that would probable work out good.

Hey Steve what if we had one in Gurnee? I mean its close for the kids that are already in WI, and its still about an hour drive from chicago. It's just an idea. I live out here already so I can get an address so that everyone can get directions.

Run it by on the Chicago board. Though you might have a bit of a time selling another get together just a few weeks from the this past one.
