ABS problem

hey guys, recently i've been having a problem with the ABS in my car, i'll be driving down the road then all at once my low trac light flashes on and off a couple times then BAM my ABS light comes on along with the NO trac light, and it dings a couple of times.. what is causing this??? or should i ask what COULD be causing this??

ABS or veicle speed sensor malfunction. Might also be bad wheel hub and bearing assembly.

anyone else's opinions? anyone had this problem before??? and if what u say is correct about the hub and stuff, how much does that cost??

When I took it in (under warranty) they changed both front wheel hub and bearing assemblies and one VSS. Total GM list cost for parts about $700. Add about 2 hours of work to that.
