Rocker Arm bolt

Has anyone had the bolt back out on their rocker arm? I had it happen to me a while ago and got some horrible knocking. Once my mechanic tightened it back up she ran fine, but I just noticed a TSB on the rocker arm bolt tightening specification on alldata.com. I'm just hoping that he knew of this and did what is recommended. Also just wondered if anyone on here can get the actual read-up on TSB's, I have a few if not more things I need to know.

Good deal, I'm hoping it's either nothing major or something he may have known about. If you find out anything relevant on any TSB's please post it in the TSB, etc section. It's pretty short on much being posted, but I know I've seen a dozen messages people posted questions about that were listed in the titles of TSB's.
