A Couple Maintenace Questions

I have a 2000 Grand Am GT. I have owned it for about a year and it has 73,000 km's on it. I was wondering when should I be doing transmission fluid change and cooling system flush?

I've got 67k on mine, and I needed the coolant flush BAD. Definately look into it.

Dealer told me 80k for transmission fluid change, $129 CDN for a full flush, not just drain what little fluid falls out, and includes new filter and base pan gasket.

Mine had 85k now and really needs to be done!!!

ATF fluid depends on the area you live. If you are in a lot of stop and go traffic, etc then you should change it more often.

I'm planning for around 40-50K miles... I'll get the coolant done at the same time.
