Tonite a guy brought his daughter to look at my Grand Am, tomorrow they will be driving it home. The guy tried to talk me down but he didnt prevail. I was able to get $11,500 for my car with everything included. Once they left i looked long and hard at my car, i am getting really depressed cuz it surely is a sweet car, and now some girl is going to be driving it in the snow and most likely not taking care of it like it did. I'm not sure if this was the right decision but it is surely helping out my wallet.
I will surely miss my GA:(

Meh, don't get too emotional. Just think you can get an even sweeter car that will have less problems and more power! If I got $11,500 out of my car I'd take it and run!

hence the word trade, you will always get more if you sell it outright, although i was going to trade and they offered me $10,000:D

unfortunately my GA is still for sale
i forgot to post what happend...
they called me the next morning and said they had the money and wanted to meet at 2pm so i was like ok, then they asked for the VIN number so i gave it to them
I then called my insurance company and the DMV to transfer everything to my truck.
15 min later i called the girl and her mom answered. She said that her daughter wasnt interested in the car anymore...CLICK
Next time i will ask for a deposit before i do anything

most likely it was the insurance. i ran a carfax report and everything was fine, no accidents etc...but the girl just turned 18 so i hope they realize that insurance for her would be high in the first place
