First, here is a the link from PFYC on how to install these. It's pretty good, but I have a couple things to add.

First, the GM torque specs for the strut tower nut is 19 ft/lbs, NOT 30 ft/lbs. Doing 30 ft/lbs you run the risk of stripping the bolts. I stripped one and had to tap the bolt. I then checked with the dealership and specs are 19 ft/lbs.
Second, and I have heard this from others, the rear brackets on the Next Level braces do not fit right. You have to dremel out the screw holes so they are a little bigger. This allows play to get the bracket to sit properly.
