All About Leds

I am making this thread to see exactly what people are doing w/ leds! I have made custom cupholder lights, middle front 3 vents, put them in both door cubbys, and in the doorlock switches. Ive been thinkin more and more! Ill post pics up soon.
So if u have some leds in ur car and would like to share
what exactly what you are moddin post up!

Custom blue LED 3000mcd next to radio flush with dash for alarm indicator.

4 LED's in drivers foot well, 4 in passenger foot well, and 4 under each seat. All sanded down to disperse light, they look better than neons in my opinion.

4 LED's in the dome light.

I'm also looking for some LED ideas. I'll get pictures soon as well.

EDIT:

2 LED's in each headlight, shining down, fills up the headlight well, not visible with lights on either. Easy mod.

I've found if you sand down the lens, the LED's give off a more dispersed light, it looks a lot better in a lot of cases.

white leds behind door reflectors
name spelled out in red leds in place of front license plate

i want to see the ones you guys did with the headlights.....i was tthinking of doing that.....i got some in one wheel well..it was a test...lol...project that never got completed

ok all this LED stuff has me a little confused when it gets a little more complicated then replacing bulbs with LEDs that fit the socket. When you guys do these multiple LED projects do you have to deal with resistors and all that math right? and what about these circuit boards on superbrightleds.com, do they have anything to do with ne of this.. if they dont u dont have to explain it i just saw that and wondered if u had to use them for some projects with so many leds..

actually i had to make my own circuit board for the name plate and it's a good idea to use resistors, it really depends on how many leds the project calls for on whether you use resistors or not
