under car neon - canadian laws

I Liv in Nova Scotia Canada. was wondering if under car neon is legal, what colours can i use, can i drive with em on. Where ca i find info on laws in Canada before i install.

I'm pretty sure underbodies are illegal to have on while driving in all of north america... or I haven't heard of anywhere you can drive with them on....

for colors, as long as you're parked anything's ok.

All underbodies are illegal when your vehicle is in motion, no matter what color they may be. They are illegal when you are on public roads, since you are a part of the Highway traffic Act. They are perfectly legal in a parked positon on a private parking lot, or private property only, since you are away from the highway traffic act.
