I recently picked up a windsheild decal (not sure if thats what it's called but the packages says "sunscreens") anyway it's pretty much a decal that you can put at the top of your windsheild (this one says pontiac) the only problem is on my 2000 GAGT SEDAN there is that blue tint at the top of the windsheild and well when i put it on i can't see the "pontiac" letters. Anyone Got any ideas how i can get around this?

well, you could get one from grafxwerks, it goes on the outside, and is great quality.

Somone correct me if I'm wrong but, I think it's nearly impossible to remove the blue tint. The only way I know of to get rid of it is to get a new windshield that isn't tinted... I think you're gonna want to buy a banner that goes on the outside of the car, but remember if you drive your in the winter not to scrape it off when your windshield get's covered in ice.

Thanks tjc13 and sacuus...Yeah i think i'm just gonna ditch that idea. Living up here in Canada having anything on the outside of the windsheild is a bad idea. Thanks for the help boys

It would be the same thing as having decals on your car, wouldn't it? I have decals all over my car on the outside, live in Canada, and have no problems with them coming off. I know dozens and dozens of cars in my city that have windshield decals on the outside. Here in Winnipeg, the winters go down to minus 40 degrees celcius and the summer is about plus 35 degrees celcious, with the most retarded weather inbetween. You should be fine with a decal on the outside. Also, you can't take the tint off the glass at the top, it is built into the glass from the factory.

Cool Thanks Jagey...It's good to know that they will hold up...I think i'm gonna work on the interior (clearing my hvac knobs and painting parts) while i wait on my order from grafxwerks...
