As you all know, my tranny checked out just before GAP. I just picked up the car this afternoon and it feels good. I was really looking forward to GAP, then it happened. Tomorrow, I am having a Tranny Cooler installed and new Yokohama AVS ES-100 tires. I do not want any more tranny failures, it was 'Pocket Killer'.

hey keith, just a side note. i see you are getting the yokohama AVS ES-100's installed, i just got the parada spec 2's also from yokohama. just though you might want to check those out as well, they are the best handling tires i've had to date. glad you got the car back in one piece.

I think being in HPP would be at least some consolation! How many of us can say we've done that?

Well, after a few minor glitches(learning curve), the 4T45E is performing to perfection. I had the Tranny Cooler installed yesterday. The power of the SC is back. The track awaits!

I agree. My first set of tires were the Toyo Proxies TS1, then I replaced them (after only 19K miles) with the ES100. Much better tire. Glad to hear the car is back up and running...I'm awaiting a few parts to finish mine off (a new PCM and a 2.2" pulley). Then it's track time.
