Those of you with headers, did you notice how where the primaries enter the flange there is like a hair line crack around it and if you hold it in front of a light you can see this easier. The ones on the front are fine. I am talking about the ones on the back. The welds dont go the whole way around? Anyone else with TOGs in hand notice this.

Thanks,
Pat Lavanty

i just took a look at mine and couldn't find anything, look like they are welded pretty solid. I would also like to see a pic of what you are talking about.

Warranty may cover the headers, but I'm sure it doesn't cover the removal cost, downtime of the car or the re-installation cost.

His headers are off now because he just had them coated in ceramic.

Considering Pat's engine is in pieces right now, I don't think he has to worry about downtime..

Downtime is not a problem, however my truck getting 10mpg is. Its getting expensive driving that beast. 35$every 4/5 days...i mean thats money that could go into modding my GA:D

I will post pics when i'm able to.

No joke!!! I'm doing the same thing. At least my Dakota with the Magnum 318 pulls 12 city/17 highway mpg. I took the tailgate off last night. I hope that helps a bit.

As for question about the TOGs, I looked at mine and they weren't used very long, but 6000 miles later they look fine.
